Sunita has a special interest and experience with nutrition, corporate health which she uses together with homeopathy to help regulate the natural healing processes. Her practice is dedicated towards helping those with chronic and degenerative ailments, specializing in menu planning for families, children's conditions, weight loss and recipe development. She is also co-author of a family cookbook called "Feed Me…I'm Hungry".

Sunita has done extensive lecturing on a variety of topics including diet and nutrition for children. nutritional disorders, and homeopathy for first aid situations. She also does cooking demonstrations at the following venues: Baby and Toddler Show, Holistic Health Expo, Whole Foods Market, Loblaws, Retired Teachers Association, Trillium Hospital, Sheridan College, and many more.

Sunita has written articles for the Toronto Star, Mississauga News, Toronto4Kids, and many others.
