Professional Membership -- Continued

Professional Members (Non-accredited Schools)

To apply for professional membership, prospective members from non-accredited schools must submit the following:

Completed application form (CLICK HERE AND PRINT)
Educational transcripts issued directly by institution
Resumé with cover letter
2 letters of reference from professionals
Course outlines/calendars
Proof of Canadian Citizenship or Landed Immigrant Status
$100 non-refundable application fee

Upon receipt of your completed application package, your application will be submitted to the Membership Committee who will notify you regarding your OHA membership eligibility, or will inform you of the requirements you may need to fulfill in order to meet the homeopathic standards of practice as set by the OHA. Professional members must meet these standards. 

Upon acceptance, new members will be required to remit their annual dues of $275.

Professional members will be entitled to the following benefits:

Listing in the OHA Print Directory of Homeopathic Doctors & Practitioners
Free Practitioner Web Pages (e-mail webmaster@ontariohomeopath.com for details)
